Breakfast  Breakfast of Titans (Andouille sausage variation), 
melon, and blueberries




Lunch – Tuna salad with some roasted butternut squash tossed in




Dinner  Salisbury steaks (bison patties and gravy), sautéed kale, spinach, and bacon,
